This pile comprises culms of different species and sizes: Quantity: over 100 culms, walls moderately thick to thick, culm lengths 1–8.8 m (3.3–29 ft), diameters 3–11.5 cm (1.2–4.5 in).
Location: 15 km (10 mi) northeast of Chiang Mai, coordinates 18.83523,99.10768, the location is on Google Maps and Google Street View (links on request). At this location, the bamboo culms can be picked up ANY day between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., but a 1-DAY ADVANCE NOTICE is required.
