Pile #21: About 38 pieces of pre-cut strong bamboo culms are available at our location for free.
Pole lengths 2.3–6.7 m, diameters 2.5–5 cm (1–2 in), the culms have thick walls, are basally solid, and some are striped.
Location: 15 km (10 mi) northeast of Chiang Mai, coordinates 18.83523,99.10768, the location is on Google Maps and Google Streetview (links on request). At this location, the poles can be picked up ANY day between 8:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., but a 1-DAY ADVANCE NOTICE is required.
