Bamboo culms for pile #23: Currently, there are 43 pieces of pre-cut strong bamboo culms, pole lengths 2.5–10.6 m (8–35 ft), diameters 3–12 cm (1.2–4.7 in), walls thick, some culms are basally solid. Culms are fresh-cut and some are dried.
Location: 15 km (10 mi) northeast of Chiang Mai, coordinates 18.83523,99.10768, the location is on Google Maps and Google Streetview (links on request). At this location, the bamboo culms can be picked up ANY day between 8:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., but a 1-DAY ADVANCE NOTICE is required.
